Developmental Screenings

As children develop, they reach milestones in how they learn, speak, act, move, and play. Screening for potential developmental delays allows for earlier treatment and access to supportive services. CCCCNC hosts Developmental Screening services for newborns to children aged 5 years old. At these screenings you will receive free, valuable feedback on your child’s development by early childhood specialists. The screenings are confidential, respectful, and are absolutely open to all. These sessions are a useful way of learning about development and an opportunity to identify potential issues for your child, before going to the doctor. We encourage you to take what you discover at the Developmental Screening to your doctor as reference.
