Rural Outreach Mobile Program (ROMP)

Rural Outreach Mobile Playgroup provides the same social learning as play groups at Family Connections, however this one travels! For people who live outside the city of Plattsburgh it is not only difficult but expensive to travel with small children. We have developed ROMP, which helps parents and caregivers with small children still get the experience of general play group.
